Instead, the best cold showers are ones where you’re really exposed to the cold air.
And you’re exposed to it in a controlled environment.
That means you’re getting plenty of fresh air to breathe, and the air is not getting sucked in through the windows.
That way, you’re more exposed to a lot less cold air and heat.2.
Don’t do too much of anything: You can spend a lot more time outdoors than indoors, but your body is much more likely to be affected by the cold if you don’t exercise.
If you spend time outdoors, you’ll spend more time moving around, which can contribute to your respiratory problems.3.
