ESPN ClicInfo has learned that a top emtek manufacturer has launched a brand new device for Android smartphones.
The device, which we’re calling the Emtek RX-800, is powered by an ARM Cortex A53 processor and supports up to 8GB of RAM.
It’s not a cheap device, but it’s very much worth your money if you’re looking for an affordable phone.
Emtek also launched a similarly-priced smartphone called the RX-8 in 2017.
Both phones have similar specs to the RX800, with a 1080p display and a Snapdragon 810 processor.
Both devices have Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, too.
The Emtek devices we’re testing today have a 2.2-inch 1080p LCD touchscreen with Gorilla Glass 3, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, a 32GB internal storage, and 16GB of built-in storage.
The phone is also IP67 dust and water resistant.
We’re not sure how emtek is selling these devices to the public, but we’re guessing they’re a relatively inexpensive way to get a flagship smartphone that can handle some heavy workloads.
If you don’t mind a little extra power for Android 7, these devices are worth considering.
